All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in inspecting every product before shipping to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Exceptions for Damage: In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt at RIOVAZLLC@gmail.com with details and photographic evidence of the damage. We will review the situation and determine the appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
